We ask that you: - Arrive on time; late arrival may result in rescheduling - Give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule - Understand that repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book in the future

We may charge a fee for missed appointments or cancellations made without sufficient notice, as set out in our appointment policy.

Fees for services will be explained before treatment. You are responsible for payment at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at our clinics and on our website. For insurance or corporate billing, you remain responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurer or employer.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
